Introduction to SPEED® Madagascar BSC:
This regulation was issued on March 23, 2007 in the sea of Madagascar. Importers must provide the customs with a new document, i.e. cargo tracking list BSC. The purpose of this regulation is to strengthen the identification, regulation and tracking of imported goods by the government.
