Data recently released by the General Administration of Customs shows that in the first seven months of this year, the scale of China-Africa trade reached 1.14 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.4%, continuing the good development momentum.
Broken down by country, South Africa is my country's largest trading partner in Africa.Customs statistics show that in the first seven months of this year, bilateral trade between China and South Africa was 226.15 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.5%, accounting for 19.9% of my country’s total import and export value to Africa during the same period.Nigeria and Angola are my country's second and third largest trading partners in Africa respectively.In the first seven months, my country's imports and exports to Nigeria and Angola were 95.29 billion yuan and 82.63 billion yuan respectively, accounting for 8.4% and 7.3% of China-Africa trade respectively.

The exports of clothing and clothing accessories, and shoes and boots increased by 32.6% and 27.1% respectively.
From the perspective of imported products, my country's imported products from Africa are mainly crude oil, metal ores and agricultural products.In the first seven months, my country imported 426.65 billion yuan from Africa.Among them, crude oil, metal ore, unwrought copper and copper materials were imported at 117.51 billion yuan, 115.08 billion yuan and 57.37 billion yuan respectively, accounting for 68% of my country's total import value from Africa during the same period.During the same period, my country imported 23.66 billion yuan of agricultural products from Africa, an increase of 20%, accounting for 5.5%.
