Hamburg-based container shipping company Hapag-Lloyd has decided to upgrade its Asia-West Africa (AWA) services from December 5.
The German ocean shipping company said it will establish "extended port coverage from Asia to South West African ports".
The new rotation will include direct port calls at Kribi, Cameroon, and Walvis Bay, Namibia.
The updated AWA service rotation port will be Qingdao (China)-Shanghai (China)-Ningbo (China)-Nansha (China)-Tanjung Pelepas (Malaysia)-Singapore-Congo Point Noire-Cameroon Kribi- Luanda (Angola)-Walvis Bay (Namibia)-Singapore-Qingdao.
